  • Your messages are securely processed by Azure OpenAI within Automa Services' dedicated, closed environment (tenant) in the EU Data Zone. No data goes directly to public OpenAI — it is processed exclusively by Automa Services.
  • The conversation is held in your browser only. We do not store your messages on our servers during the chat.
  • When the consultant confirms all requirements, you'll be able to send the brief to our team with one click.
  • Be as specific as possible — provide names of systems, file types, people involved (no personal data — job titles are enough), and how often the process runs.
  • Automa Services is committed to full confidentiality of the information you share. No data is shared with third parties or used outside our organisation.
